HEIRLOOM PAVÉ covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the first six month after purchase. However, if pieces are noticeably bent, show improper care, or are damaged in any other manner, repairs will be performed at cost. We offer cleaning and stone tightening free of charge on all HEIRLOOM PAVÉ pieces. Outside of warranty, HEIRLOOM PAVÉ  will perform repairs for a fee. Please note, if any jeweler other than HEIRLOOM PAVÉ  makes alterations or repairs to your jewelry, the HEIRLOOM PAVÉ warranty will be voided. We are happy to make minor adjustments to jewelry, including resizing, for an additional fee.
