Returns & Exchanges
Altered (resized or customized) and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Jewelry will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit if it is damaged or shows signs of wear. Deposits are non-refundable and will be converted to store credit after seven days if the remaining balance has not been paid in full.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on in-stock & unaltered pieces. If you feel your piece is not a good fit for you, notify us within 5 days of delivery. Once your item is returned and inspected you will receive refund or exchange credit.
Can HEIRLOOM PAVÉ custom pieces be returned or exchanged?
All custom and made-to-order jewelry is final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges without exceptions. All deposits toward custom projects are ineligible for refund and cannot be converted to store credit.
For all international returns/exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to HEIRLOOM PAVÉ. Additionally, it is your responsibility to properly declare shipments for customs purposes. HEIRLOOM PAVÉ is not responsible for any fees incurred as a result of improper declarations.
